Flak from the Democrats & from the Republicans

Republican Party Presidential hopeful, Billionaire Donald Trump surge has come with heavy criticism from both leaders of his GOP Party leadership and from the opposing Democrat Party.

Mr. Trump’s latest controversial remarks after the San Bernardino attack about halting all Muslims from entering the U.S. has stirred up so much criticism that many from his own political party has called on him to drop out. Those in the race want to avoid a backlash by voters that may hurt the GOP party and set back its chance of gaining the White House. In spite of his remarks his polls actually went up against his other GOP candidates. However, the dilemma might be an alienation of yet another sector of voters.

Early in the summer, Mr. Trump has already alienated the Hispanic voters for his remarks about the Hispanic community of crimes and illegal immigration. With this new swipe on the Muslim community, Mr. Trump has again added another voter’s group alienation. Such a discounting of voters especially when his GOP party is a smaller party compared to the Democrat would put the GOP at a disadvantage to have a chance of winning the White House. Obviously, no matter who his own GOP party presidential nominee would be, he or she would have an uphill battle against the more inclusive from the Democratic Party’s nominee.

Now the country would watch if this maverick of a businessman turned politician could make another comeback deal as he had done with his business empire before? No matter what, one thing for sure, the 2016 presidential campaign does not lack of excitement and controversy especially when a candidate likes Mr. Trump is in the mix.
